Food safety is internally managed by a team of experts that has the assignment of insuring the maximum level of guarantee, if possible even over the expectations of the client. Every year the whole organization B&B Frutta is submitted aside international organizations to audit as ISACERT for the schemes BRC and IFS or Italian as CSQA for the standards UNI EN ISO 9001 and 22000. B&B Frutta is among the first Italian firms to have acquired the certification QS System (fruit, vegetables and potatoes) for the German market, and therefore, can decorate its own wrappings of apples with the mark QS. As of today B&B Frutta has acquired the following certifications:
